Complimentary Fitness Consultation – yes, it’s free!

We will spend up to 60 minutes with you discussing your fitness, health & diet goals and how we would work together achieving them. We will need for you to complete a health & exercise history questionnaire prior to the consultation. Call to set up an appointment: 949-378-4505.



Fitness Evaluation Special for $200 – Here’s what’s included:

1) Includes a face-to-face meeting (up to 60 minutes) to learn about your lifestyle such asweight history, eating & exercise habits, health history and your fitness goals based on questionnaires that you complete.*

Discuss a realistic & effective “fitness program” that is conceivable and achievable based on your fitness levels & is time available.

2) A complimentary hydrostatic body fat composition test by Fitness Wave with 6 page detailed analysis.

3) Two private 60 minute personal training sessions to evaluate where you are and to teach you how to do basic exercises correctly

4) A 60 minute interval training workout where you will be taken through various timed cardiovascular exercises wearing a polar fitness heart rate monitor to measure your heart rate response to exercise and recovery after each

* You may be required to obtain a medical release, which we will supply to you, if you are 25lbs+ over weight, have been sedentary for several months, or have medical or orthopedic considerations. This is requested to protect you.
